The GET Application facilitates online booking of doctor appointments and related healthcare services. It enables users to search for doctors, view available slots, and schedule appointments conveniently.

The App functions solely as a technology intermediary connecting users and healthcare providers. Zobawm Hospitality & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is not a hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. User Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, users may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

• Upon receiving the request, the account will be permanently deleted within 30 days from the date of request, subject to verification.

• Once deleted, the account and its associated data cannot be recovered.

• We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications, skills, or conduct of any doctor or healthcare provider listed on the platform.
• Users are solely responsible for selecting healthcare providers and availing services at their discretion.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and medical information provided by users will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. User Obligations

You agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Aizawl, Mizoram.
